Delta Patcher is required to use xDelta [Download Here]
1 - Original file: select the clean, unmodified ISO.
2 - XDelta patch: select the Ninden_English_Patch_v1.1.xdelta file.
3 - Click Apply patch.
4 - The resulting ISO is your translated rom.
5 - Enjoy.
(If any error show up, click on the Configuration, and unmark "Checksum validation".)
Some additional changes:
Western Button Layout (confirming with X, canceling with Triangle, and so on.)
Name of the Save file changed from ナルト-うずまき忍伝 to Naruto: Uzumaki Ninden
DIG Compression removed (Faster Loading)
Improved Line Spacement (for better reading purposes)
